Job Summary:

Leading a small team, providing HR support, coaching and advice to line managers, team leaders and employees in line with Group policies and procedures, in support of HR and Business Strategies across the entire International organization (including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Africa).

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Devise and implement a people plan for the business which is aligned to the business strategy and local business plans, in close collaboration with key stakeholders e.g. HR Director, other HR Business Partners and local management teams.

Drive focus and improvements across the broad spectrum of employee lifecycle, including:

  • Attraction and retention, onboarding
  • Employee engagement, wellbeing and diversity and belonging
  • Enhancement of a high-performance oriented culture
  • Performance management
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Talent and leadership development
  • Employee communications
  • Employee relations
  • Organisational development and change
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Mobility
  • Partner on organisation design matters and change programmes e.g. business restructuring, ensuring sensitive and appropriate change plans and management. Supporting with change management approaches, interventions and communications.
  • Leadership development intervention planning and delivery in cooperation with key stakeholders. Coaching leaders and delivering training and development programmes to support their development.
  • Provide expert and proactive advice to line management on employment related queries, including performance, grievance and disciplinary matters.
  • Initiating upon opportunities to further increase HR effectiveness and efficiency, via policies, practices and approaches across the broad spectrum of HR in cooperation with other HR colleagues and functions. Supporting and ensuring compliance in HR
  • practices and pay approaches across the region.
  • Produce a variety of statistical people information and HR reports for management meetings and presentations to inform the business.
  • Facilitate pay and benefits reviews.
  • Involvement on projects and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Centres of Expertise teams and People Services team to ensure best practice service delivery to relevant business area.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • A relevant HR (Bachelor’s level) degree (or relevant field) or post-graduate qualification.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a HR/people environment.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or Food/FMCG environment is desirable as is having experience of leading other team members.
  • Experience gained in different countries and cultures, demonstrates high cultural awareness, in Saudi Arabia operations and Dubai highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change programmes and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • High levels of drive for achievement and initiative.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a track record of providing HR partnership to business leaders.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong customer service focus and attitude.
  • Skilled across wide range of HR practices, including: talent management, resourcing, development, employee relations, organisational development and change.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential. Experience in utilising HRIS, Success Factors HRIS is desirable.
  • Travel to other countries is a requirement of the role and is anticipated to be regular in nature (approx. 30% and on a regular basis to either Dubai or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supply chain coordinator will process customer orders as per the agreed lead times and ensure it ships as per customers requested ETA.
  • Change order timelines as per demand / supply changes in the system and communicate same to all stakeholders.
  • Work with cross functional teams.
  • Update the sales order data & system regularly with the correct loading expectations.
  • Highlight risks & opportunities in supply chain to the team as appropriate.
  • Allocate the stock to orders as per customer requirements & be agile to change orders, if requested.
  • Work closely with Logistics team for planning orders & forecasting container requirements.
  • Ensure load efficiencies are maximized, while adhering to customer and country requirements
  • Work with Logistics team to set up Freight routes (Sea or Air or Land) for any new Market / customer.
  • Apply & process Import / Export certifications / documents for the orders as per requirements.
  • To work with appointed freight forwarder to get the best price to market.
  • To find a best cost to market option as per the INCO term agreed with the customers.
  • Understand any shipping risk and ensure to mitigate the same.
  • To look for alternatives to freight and services as per the business needs
  • Administration of system data to ensure reports reflect the accurate view of the orders / business.
  • Work closely with sales team to understand market dynamics and convey any order delivery opportunity / risk.
  • To change the stock allocation requests as per the changing needs of the customers.
  • Track the documents and shipments and share the reports with the customers.

Key Requirments: 

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of order processing and global supply chain. The candidate should also have the following skills:

  • Good communication & soft Skills
  • Should be customer focussed and forward looking with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strongly committed & ready to grasp complexity quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different functions (sales team, supply chain, procurement, operations finance) and across multiple locations in Ornua.
  • Treats colleagues professionally and courteously, whilst adhering to company policy
  • Able to work with pace and achieve tight deadlines.
  • Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English and Arabic will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in handling MOVEX / ERP would be an advantage
