In-house digital and media expert supporting all brands on media execution and excellence. From online campaigns, editorial websites management, CRM, search & SEO to activating services and growing ACD’s 1P Database.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch media campaigns with the brand teams with the right messaging and content across the funnel and cracking the right media mix per brand
  • Research & Data analysis: strong proficiency in data extraction and trends analysis and reporting on a regular basis
  • Ensure consistency and harmonization of all of our online activities across all platforms with PR, eCommerce and offline teams whilst adhering to brand guidelines and equity
  • Support and work with brands on launching upcoming editorial websites for the division, with a strong search and SEO plan in place
  • Ensure that the brands activate CRM and AI services to connect with our audiences & focusing on our 1P Data activation
  • Measurement across all touchpoints with identified KPIs & measurement against L’Oreal Benchmarks

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2/3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Languages: written & spoken English and Arabic
  • Google Analytics certification & Google Ad words certification
  • Use of digital tools is a must(SEO, Social Analytics, Sprinklr, Social Management, etc)

I am the Product Brand Manager and I am the champion of the product. I know my product inside out. I am responsible for the launch process and I manage the execution of all campaigns. I track our launches and produce all launch reviews, as well as analysis of recruitment metrics and online consumer sentiment.

Accountabilities

Enthusing the business about products within brand

Building and executing the annual product plan leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty

  • Executing product campaigns and the media and search strategies supporting them

Reacting to a launch, consumer behaviours and managing social media

  • Creating Launch EPOS and Product Launch Review (to measure and evaluate the success of the product launch)
  • Programmatic (precision advertising) strategy and execution for campaigns (supported by IMC/agencies)
  • Allocation and execution of budget for paid social posts
  • Carrying out relevant actions and updating the team on consumer recruitment metrics and consumer sentiment (from Consumer Insights Tracking)
  • Completing NPD form and sending to PR / rest of team

Knowledge sharing with the team

  • Delivering the Internal Buzz

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Conduct all consumer & shopper research and drive insights for LOME: Consumer knowledge studies & Trends (U&A, Consumer updates, segmentation), Brand equity & Brand health tracking, Efficiency and go-to-market studies (Media mix modelling, Shopper studies, Call backs, digital activation tests), Media studies (Link tests), Qualitative research (focus groups, individual interviews, consumer visits), Innovation (product mix evaluation, CUT), Prospective studies, Social listening (monthly category reporting and identifying trends)
      • Lead the collection and systematic analysis of country market data (macroeconomy, socio-economy, culture, demography, media plans,  etc.), ensuring information quality and accuracy. Analyze the evolution of the markets, the sector and the competition’s activities, to inform the country business strategy
      • In depth strategic watch (consumer, competition, new business models), identify the major trends of the market to detect growth opportunities)
      • Upskill local teams by sharing CMI expertise; build and transmit a consumer centric culture via workshops, restitutions, and creation of short decks
      • Set up organizations and project teams, tools and methods adapted to the realization of the country consumer acquisition roadmap
      • Support CMO/CMI for presentation to management 
      • Communicate, advice and influence the right levels in the organization to impact business decisions
      • Consolidate and leverage local 360 analysis on key go-to-market topics to highlight strategic recommendations
      • Contribute to international insights consolidation by sharing local consumer journey and go-to-market insights with CMI Zone representatives
      • Manage the CI budget

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

      • Minimum 3-4y of full time experience in a multinational
      • Ideally from the region or who has been based here for a few years already.
      • Senior marketer with strong analysis experience (Nielsen), who has been exposed significantly to research already (qual and quant methodology – ideally from an FMCG background) & great affinity with consumer insights who understands brand strategies
      • OR CMI Manager based in Dubai handling KSA market ideally from a FMCG/Beauty background
      • OR Research expert background from agency with experience in KSA market (dealing with FMCG clients on quanti & quali research – Ipsos,Kantar, IFOP, Nielsen etc) willing to come to client side

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Strong Arabic necessary (being able to challenge concepts and insights in Arabic and to write questionnaires from scratch)
