Job Description
Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Schedule: Full Time, Permanent
Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Generate and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and understanding of client requirements.
- Should be fluent in English (written/spoken)
- Highly self-motivated and hard workers.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Computer literate and experience in CRM systems is preferred
- At least 2-year experience in outdoor sales in the UAE.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Candidates must be currently in the UAE.
Benefits: Salary plus sales commission and company will be provide a car, fuel, laptop and sim card/phone as required.
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: AED 4000-5000 per month + uncapped sales commission (current average earnings range from 3000-15000 per month)

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product presentation.
- Arranging the site visit and measurement.
- Preparing the quotations and closing the sales.
- Price negotiations with customers
- Communications with customers by telephone and email.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target.
Requirements:
- Have a winners attitude

- Capability to shoot and develop content specifically for social media.
- Create, edit social media videos, reels, stories.
- Create engaging video and photo content – Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Working with Marketing Manager and Content Writer to Develop creative and well-thought-out social media ideas/strategies.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media practices and trends.
- Experience working on social media is a must
- UAE Driving License is a must
- Must have a passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through digital media.
