About The Role:

Working within the Corporate team, the project coordinator will support on all corporate activations involving the UAE including the development and implementation of a corporate activations highlighting all our Maison international and local commitments externally and internally in close collaboration with the regional and central teams. The corporate coordinator is supporting in the programming and orchestration of all local and international Corporate Commitments (Women, Art & Culture, Philanthropy, CSR, Cartier for Nature).

What we expect from you:

  • Support in the Design and implementation of the Cartier Corporate activations within the UAE
  • Coordinate the calendar of corporate activations in coherence with the global UAE priorities
  • Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.
  • Coordinate between teams assuring alignment between UAE communication teams and regional / HQ teams
  • Manage the corporate department guests list and update regularly
  • Plan and support the Corporate team with coordinating meetings and minutes
  • Coordinate and support Corporate projects implementation leveraging local and regional resources
  • Support on logistics and organisation for the Arts & Culture programming initiatives and events
  • Communicate on the CWI and the Women’s Pavilion legacy to strengthen women empowerment in the UAE internally and externally.
  • Expand the Cartier commitments resonance through meaningful projects and collaborations.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 2/3 years agency experience or in a similar role, PR agencies and/or cultural institutions and/or Corporate.
  • Narrative writing and Editorial skills. In both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/editing skills, in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.
  • Project mode skills.
  • Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message.

MAIN PURPOSE

The E-Commerce Executive assists in growing the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. The role contributes to the day-to-day operational management of the website, ensuring all e-commerce activities and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the brand’s guidelines. A multidisciplinary role, the Ecommerce Executive also plays an important role in the continuous optimisation of the merchandising and customer journey. He/She will report directly to the E-Commerce Manager – UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

  • Understand the ecommerce operation flows and ensure all are executed seamlessly (Non-dedicated stock, Order on Behalf, boutique pick up, click and collect..) and ensure operational compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensure the day to day follow-up of all online orders from beginning to end and make sure all escalations from our customer service team are resolved in a timely manner
  • Monitor site functionality to identify problematic experiences; continually seek to improve the online experience by implementing innovative solutions and capabilities, benchmarking with key competitors’ actions, industry trends and emerging customer and market needs
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Retail & Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order delivery and address any delivery issues, delays and support needed

Merchandising

  • Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals and initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in revenue, site conversion and average order size
  • Improve user experience, and enhance product discovery through sorting rules, search optimization and stock-availability monitoring
  • Effectively manage the product life cycle, ensuring launch timelines are respected all throughout discontinuation
  • Collaborate with local Marketing teams and HQ teams to ensure that Merchandising calendar and homepage refreshes are briefed and followed accordingly
  • Ensure cross functional alignment & collaboration (CRM, MarCom, Commercial) for all animations and definition of customer journey for scheduled activations
  • Identification, raising and follow-up of bugs

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce weekly/monthly reports to monitor Customer Experience KPIs and work towards continuously improving them
  • Measure, analyse and optimise product, product list and content performance to drive Add to basket & Conversion rate
  • Strive to understand the customer experience of the website using the tools available and make suggestions for improvement where applicable.

JOB PROFILE

Required experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years in Retail eCommerce, digital business or Cross functional retail experience
  • A strong understanding of current technologies and standards and how the digital ecosystem is evolving
  • Hands-on experience in a major eCommerce platform like Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and delivering multiple objectives at the same time

MAIN PURPOSE:

As part of the Cartier Regional Finance Team in the role of V.I.E – Performance Business Analyst for the MEIA Region, you will coordinate the business planning and analysis cycles of the region and will support in creating and implementing new relevant dashboards to monitor results and performance. He / she will be the main point of contact on all sales-related analysis and reports of key stakeholders, liaising with local markets, region and central teams.The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in October 2022, the position is based in Dubai.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

•    Consolidate all sales-related data in the region: daily sales file, weekly estimation, monthly results and comments, updates, Sales Dashboard;
•    Liaise with local and central teams to ensure timely submission;
•    Ensure relevance and accuracy of data;
•    Update and improve existing sales reports;
•    Provide ad-hoc analysis when required.

DASHBOARDS & REPORTS CREATION:

•    Support on the creation and implementation of financial dashboards to monitor results and performance;
•    Actively contribute to the development of dynamic visual dashboards.

STRATEGIC PLAN:

•    Support the Finance team on the elaboration of the strategic plan, contributing to presentations, meetings, etc;
•    Coordinate the Financial Dynamics sales part (harmonization of templates, coordination, consolidation);
