This role will involve assisting and supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in an efficient and proactive manner to implement Coca-Cola Arena’s marketing and promotional strategies including day to day marketing activities, point of contact for event organizers, website management, on ground media coverage reporting.
This role will be required till end of March 2023 under a Freelance Agreement.
About You:

- You should have a minimum of 2 years’ of previous experience in the UAE in a similar role along with exposure to website cms, email marketing, data management platforms and Facebook Ads manager. You should be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
- You should have your own visa/ sponsorship since this is a Freelance Agreement.

Marketing support to implement Coca-Cola Arena marketing and promotional strategies, including:
- Day to day marketing & digital marketing activity
- Point of contact for event organizers to ensure marketing timelines are aligned and events are supported
- Execution of effective marketing campaignsto support ticket sales for Coca-Cola Arena events
- Website: assist with website management, content updates & project management support
- On the ground social media coverage at events, including community management
- Reporting: Post-event campaign reporting and analysis ensuring insights and recommendations flow
into future campaigns - Understand the live events industry in the UAE, applying insights to gain competitive advantage
- Understand attitudes and behaviors of key audiences including where and how to connect with them.
Stakeholder/Client Management
- Represent ASM Global in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Ensure all stakeholders are treated with respect and cultural differences are taken into consideration.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholder leads and develop, build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Attend client facing meetings as and when required
