- Reporting to CEO,
- You will be responsible for receiving payments,
- Sending invoices, following up with clients about payments,
- Issuing financial statements for company,
- Working with third party to prepare for all requirements for annual financial audit.
- Following up payment plans with students.
- You will be using Tally to keep track of all finances.
- In addition, you will also be using other web based software to manage proposals, quotations, team task management, and invoicing students.
- Must also be knowledgeable in tax preparation requirements for the UAE.

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Accountant responsibilities include, auditing financial documents and procedures, and reconciling bank statements. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with accounting advanced features and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
